The hotel has a great location, right in the center of everything I love to do. The staff was incredibly friendly and accessible 24/7, which was a huge plus. However, the room was quite noisy being next to the pool, and the A/C unit didn't do a great job keeping things cool. Overall, it's a decent stay but definitely not without its flaws.

I found the room to be pretty minimal, but it did come equipped with a microwave and fridge. Unfortunately, being right beside the pool made it noisy, and I felt the A/C unit needed improvement as it struggled to keep the room cool.

The service was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and always available via text, making me feel very welcomed throughout my stay.

The location was quite convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains. I did have a bit of trouble finding my room because of the parking situation, which could be a hassle.

Dining was a mixed bag. I really enjoyed the free pancake vouchers, but the pancakes I received were lukewarm and not what I expected. I was also promised more dining options upon arrival that never materialized.

The hotel had the basics covered, but nothing stood out in terms of facilities. It was decent overall, just not very luxurious.
